  After a comedy of errors (colloquially known as “life”) - I arrived to my appointment late and with an unsettled toddler in tow - despite this, the staff were absolutely wonderful.
  
  We got through a whole examination, including clear explanations regarding the purpose and results of testing, and the changes in my prescription. And their patience (and help, both with my son and my inability to make fashion choices) as I chose new frames was phenomenal.
  
  10/10 - I would definitely recommend this business to anyone - professional, friendly, relaxed, and just brilliant!

  A very thorough eye examination before getting my new glasses, time was taken to explain many things that in the past were grey areas i didnt understand. Polite and courteous, Mark and the staff are top people, we are lucky to have them in Cootamundra.
